Custom-Made Orders Policy:

  1. Please ensure that the measurements and the desired design are accurate before confirming the order.
  2. All prices are fixed and include the piece only, without any additional services.
  3. The design cannot be changed or canceled after the fabric has been cut and tailoring has begun, and the deposit is non-refundable.
  4. The customer is entitled to two free alterations only; any additional changes will be charged as an extra service.
  5. Major changes or modifications that alter the original design will be considered a new order, and the customer will bear the cost.
  6. If a home service visit is conducted and no purchase is made, a fee of AED 200 will be charged.
  7. Any modification or addition will incur fees depending on its type.
  8. We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect washing.
  9. If the product runs out of stock after the order is confirmed, the customer will be informed immediately to choose a replacement or cancel the order.
  10. Any errors in the measurements provided by the customer are their responsibility.
  11. Any order for which the deposit is not paid within 24 hours will be automatically canceled.

Payment Policy:

  1. All prices are fixed.
  2. The deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled after issuing the invoice.
  3. A deposit of 30% to 50% of each order must be paid.
  4. Payment methods are available according to our policy.
  5. No order will be delivered unless the full amount has been paid.
  6. Payment is only considered confirmed once transfer details or proof of payment are provided.
  7. Delivery fees are charged based on the emirate and location by the delivery company. The order will not be delivered until the delivery fee is paid. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company.

Production & Delivery Time:

  1. The duration varies depending on the design and available schedule.
  2. During seasons and holidays, the timeframe may change, and the customer will be informed.
  3. Delivery is carried out by courier and shipping companies. Delivery time depends on the location and the company’s schedule, which we cannot modify.
  4. The order must be collected on the scheduled date or within a maximum of 45 days. After this period, we are not responsible for the item.
  5. Any manufacturing defect must be reported at the time of receipt. After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for such issues.
  6. Upon final delivery, no comments, alterations, or design changes will be accepted. Any such request will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
  7. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, and such delays are not considered a valid reason for cancellation once the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders may be canceled before cutting and production begins, and the amount will be refunded.
  2. The deposit is non-refundable if an employee visits the client and takes the order details.
  3. In case of full cancellation, a service fee will be deducted according to our policy.
  4. If the customer delays in responding or does not confirm the required details, the order will be put on hold, and the customer will bear the delay responsibility.
  5. Refund processing time is 10 business days.
  6. Cancellation does not apply to discounted orders after the order has been confirmed.

Ready-Made Items & Discounts:

  1. Adjustments on ready-made pieces can be done for free on the same day of purchase only. After that date, alteration fees will apply according to the price list.
  2. Items purchased during a discount period cannot be exchanged or returned.

Special Orders:

  1. No exchange or refund is permitted for special/custom orders, as they are made according to the client’s specific choices.
  2. The customer’s signature on the order form (invoice) indicates full approval of the order details.
  3. A 50% deposit is required for all special orders.

International Orders – Terms & Conditions

  1. Full Payment Requirement: All international orders must be paid in full in advance, including standard or express shipping fees. Orders will not be processed or confirmed until payment is completed.
  2. Delivery Timeframe: International shipping typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping carrier’s schedule.
  3. Express Shipping Option: Express delivery is available upon request. All express shipping fees are fully charged to the customer.
  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, size, and destination. All shipping fees must be settled prior to order preparation.
  5. Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery when required.
  6. No Returns or Exchanges: International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where an error has occurred from our side (such as receiving the wrong item or a manufacturing defect).
  7. Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and active contact number. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
  8. Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Customers can use it to monitor the shipment status through the designated courier.
  9. Packaging & Handling: All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs procedures.
